I have over 2 decades of experiences and driven by a passion to help people struggling with anxiety, low mood, poor self-esteem, bereavement, relationship problems, anger issues, stress, bullying, employee and work-related issues, college students, racism and discrimination, and more.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), accredited, a board member of the National Association for Professional Counseling and Psychotherapy (MNAPCP) Ireland and a certified University Chaplain with over 20 years of experience. I offer a safe, confidential, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients are helped to collaboratively explore and design simple actionable plans to enable them get the important things done, achieve more clarity and problem solve; to change behaviour, build confidence, and improve performance & productivity.
